• One of the worst and most garbage casino sites I’ve ever used in my life — I honestly regret ever signing up there. Don’t waste your time or money on this site. Here’s my personal experience:I had been playing blackjack on 32Red Casino on and off for about a year and most of the time I was winning. About two months ago I had a really good night and won quite a bit of money (around £3500). Suddenly while I was still playing and winning I got kicked out of the site. When I tried to log back in I got a message saying that my access had been blocked and that someone would contact me.I even tried speaking with them on live chat but that went nowhere. They told me someone would call me the next day at 10 a.m. — nobody ever did. After a lot of effort I managed to find a phone number (since apparently they barely have any) and when I called they told me I had to go through an ID check even though I had already completed that process before.They asked me to submit my ID bank card photo and proof of income. I sent them everything — even my P60 and payslip. Then they started nitpicking about my bank card photo claiming it wasn’t clear enough and made me resubmit it multiple times. Each time I sent it a week later they’d email me again asking for the same thing.After I provided all the requested documents they asked for my bank statement for the past three months which I also sent. Ten days later they came back asking me to explain eight transactions in my statement — like who sent the money and why! It was ridiculous. For example they questioned transfers between my own accounts money from my wife (whose name clearly appears) proceeds from selling my own stocks and even a mortgage payment to the mortgage company asking why I sent them £15000!After answering every question and providing full documentation a week later they emailed me again asking to resubmit my card proof — and just five minutes later they sent another email saying their manager had reviewed my account and decided to permanently close it with the decision being final and irreversible. 😂In short these people are scammers and crooks who can’t stand seeing a player win. So please don’t waste your time or money on this shady site. The same thing will happen to anyone who wins — they’ll find an excuse to lock your account and keep your money.In my opinion 32Red Casino behaves dishonestly and unethically. They appear to have no problem taking your deposits but the moment you win a meaningful amount they will find excuses to block your account and withhold your funds.
