Back after a 1 year hiatus and worse than it was back then
- There was a time a few years ago I was loyal to this online casino only but started running into problems with withdrawals every time I would win anything significant. It would be nothing but delays and requests despite them having numerous verifications and documents sent in over and over. So after a 2-year Hiatus I decided to go back and see if things had improved and surely enough they havent. Ive been back with them only a week and already Ive had to contact them and ask why am I withdrawals are sitting there dormant because they sure as heck dont message you telling you you need to send in documents they leave it up to you to message and ask whats going on all in hopes that youre going to just reverse your withdrawal eventually. Anyway lesson learned this was my second time back and things have deteriorated worse than they were two years ago. There are numerous online casinos that treat their customers much better. This reminds me of the old days when online casinos first came on and it was nothing but scammy casinos everywhere before regulation. I dont know how Igaming Ontario allows this place to operate

- I just went over my stats for the past year and realized that spending a sizeable amount of money in the casino resulted in a (rtp) return to player of only 63% which is substantially less than this establishment advertised. Bonuses are rather small even for so called VIP players. The only thing this casino has going for it is the cashout policy. Instant cashout is not sufficient when the rtp is only 63%. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND 888 anything to anyone.

This has been going on now for 9 months me sending emails and receiving emails. Still no pay out. I know its only £80 but its £80 that they wont pay me even though Ive bet in excess of £200. Avoid these scammers. Its not just me its happening to theres possibly thousands.

- Signed up to the welcome bonus. Deposit £10 get 100 free spins. No checks done on identification but still allowed to deposit funds. Was curious why my winnings was converted to bonus cash. Contacted support through chat. Was given false information regarding using bonus cash. Was told once I had spent my deposit funds all my winnings after would be converted to real cash. This was false information given to me just to get me to spend my deposited funds from my bank.No winning were converted to bonus cash and every time I won more it automatically added it to bonus cash again and again. Contacted support again to ask why its only building my bonus cash. Was then told off agent called Aria that I only had to spend another £24 in deposits to recieve any cash.I continue to play and spent £25 on slots. My bonus balance was still not converted. I contact support again and ask them why it is not converting my bonus funds. They then told me I have to wager 150x to recieve anything back.Continue to play for 3 hours. Managed to get £50 in cash conversion. So I visit the cashier to withdraw the £50 said withdrawal can take 3-5 days. So I waited a week and my withdrawal still not issued.I was told I need to verify my account by sending in a photo of my driving licence a photo of me holding my driving licence a picture of my bank card with name and expiry showing and a utility bill from the last 3 months.Sent the information in through the safe cashier site. Had to wait for 72 hours for verification. After 4 more days still no money been sent to me. - If I could put 0 stars i would. I had an issue with their game it crashed and I lost my money. After almost 2 weeks of trying to find a solution Id had enough and I told them to delete my account. To which they did straight away. Funny how they can do that quickly but actually helping you takes forever. They are quick to take your money but do not care about you at all. Had a similar issue on Ladbroke but they were very caring and actually helped and gave me back my money within minutes on their site!! DO NOT USE 888CASINO!!!
