- Malísima atención y pésimo nivel profesional en Sevilla. Su hipocrecía interesada combina con su racismo de pueblo cuando finjen en grandes anuncios ayudar a pymes en la internazionalización pero no te quieren abrir una cuenta a tu pyme argumentando no te conozco. Te hacen perder el tiempo con un proceso intransparente y te dejan plantada sin siquiera disculparse. Si pides hablar con el jefe se niega a acudir.

- Evitad este banco. No atienden y te llenan de comisiones incluso si tienes nómina y recibos domiciliados en tu cuenta. Atención nefasta y además me hicieron mala praxis comercial con un crédito y se han desentendido totalmente. Reclamaciones lleva casi un mes sin responderme y es urgente. Toda la vida de este banco y son la decepción más grande. Iros a otro.

- eine sehr unseriöse bank die neben ihrem Bankgeschäft ständig eintreffende Spammails zulässt und wohl nicht im Stande ist diese Flut von Betrug am Kunden abschalten zu können....Da bin ixhir nicht sicher dass dort mein Geld gut aufgehoben ist...Nur weiter so und das Bankhaus reitet sich selbst in die Pleite.....

- BBVA ist zu meiden. Ich hatte eine guten Kundenberater mit dem ich per Email kommunizieren konnte. Leider wurde dieser durch einen neuen Gestor ersetzt. Dieser ist überhaupt nicht mehr erreichbar. BBVA hat sehr hohe Spesen aber null Service alle möglichen Gadgets in der APP aber wirklich Nützliches ist nicht vorhanden oder kaum zu finden. Habe mir eine andere Bank zugelegt.

Wir versuchen seit über sechs Monaten ein Konto zu löschen.Weder können wir über das Geld / Guthaben verfügen keine Karte kein online Banking. Service miserabel. Nie mehr !!!!! Von wegen Datenschutz. Wir haben alle erforderlichen Dokumente NIE Pass Vollmacht vorgelegt. Hr. Mario Sanchez exisitiert wahscheinlich gar nicht.

- Me cobraron por una tarjeta que no tenia en Catalunya Caixa no quería tarjeta solo como cuenta de ahorro para mi hijo y aun así me diciendo que la había solicitado. Tuve que pagar unos 30 euros por la cara y además en el negocio varias veces venían a comoprobar tikets de pago con tarjeta de supuestas reclamaciones que no existían. Por suerte siempre guarda a los tickets y no pudieron quedarse con dinero mío a unque eso no sería cosa de dirección pero había quien tendría un sobresueldo

- Spesenabzocke!Ich finde es unerhört dass die BBVA Spesen für das Aufstellen der Bankomatgeräte verlangen darf. In der EU sind Abhebungen kostenlos aber die BBVA holt sich ihr Geld dann halt auf der anderen Seite. Nein danke! Hände weg von der BBVA. Ich werde diese BBVA meiden. Frechheit!

Einmal Kunde und nie wieder
- War Kunde bei Catalunya Caixa. Man kann nicht mal Auslandsüberweisungen mit Korrespondenzbank / Intermediaries ausführen. Ausserdem wurde ich als Filialkunde nun auf einem Virtueller Kunde und konnte nix mehr machen ohne lästige Anrufe im service center über mich ergehen lassen zu müssen. Die letzte SWIFT Überweisung spanien aus sage und schreibe 45 Euro!!! und das bei SEPA. Mit Verlaub aber das ist Abzocke! Diese Bank betrete ich ganz gewiss nicht wieder..
