• On February 10 2026 I deposited INR 400 into my BC.Game account. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account but it was never credited to my gaming balance.When I contacted support I was asked to provide video proof and 30 days of bank statements. I submitted all requested documents promptly.Additionally I voluntarily provided NPCI confirmation clearly showing that the funds were credited to the merchant.Despite this I was informed that the merchant had not received the funds. After 7 days instead of automatic compensation as stated under the advertised “Dual Deposit Guarantee” I was told a manual request would be created.Even after 14 days the issue remains unresolved. I was asked again to provide the same documents I had already submitted. The responses appear to be generic and do not reflect a proper review of the evidence.It feels extremely frustrating to repeatedly provide proof and still be told the funds were not received especially when official payment confirmation shows otherwise.Closing complaints after 30 days without resolution does not solve the issue. • Customer service is a joke. They can never help with anything. I have reached vip 36 which means i have bet over $25000!!! They pay a cashback which is supposedly calculated on your bets but i got less than a quarter of what i should have got based on THEIR formula. Now we have been telling them to fix the censor or lift it so people can communicate like humans for this criticism we get banned while hundreds of passive beggars and people spamming have no punishment. Sweden won the race that was about to begin.However the bet was later settled as a loss because BC.Game claim the market related to the men’s event — despite no gender being specified anywhere on the market or bet slip.The bet slip simply stated:Olympic Games – Team Sprint Free – Sweden vs GermanyThere are separate men’s and women’s Olympic events so gender is a material condition of the bet and should be clearly labelled. Other Olympic markets on the site do specify women’s events which makes this inconsistency even more misleading.Customer support responded that their “backend team confirmed” it was the men’s race but customers don’t see the backend — only the market description presented at the time of betting. That description was ambiguous especially as the women’s race was imminent and the men’s race followed shortly after.I’m not disputing the result of the men’s race — I’m disputing the lack of clarity and misleading market presentation.
