I have provided every single document requested including 6 (SIX!) different biometric selfies and proof of my Paysafe account. My account is now blocked and they are completely ignoring my emails (Ticket 502302).I have already filed a formal complaint on AskGamblers and I am now proceeding with eCOGRA and the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA). I joined their platform in good faith followed every rule and even participated in their so-called “Buddy Bonus” promotion where they promise €20 for each invited friend. I invited two people using my official referral link directly from my promotion page and both completed their registration properly.Now they claim my friends “used the wrong link” which is absolutely impossible — I copied the link directly from their own website! What a joke. Instead of taking responsibility for their own technical issues they’re blaming customers and refusing to pay out the bonuses that we rightfully earned.To make matters worse their support is unhelpful slow and dismissive. • I wish I had read the reviews here before opening an account at scam-at-home (aka bet-at-home). Deposited 15€ with no issues and was not asked to verify my account at this awful sham website. Won 10€ and decided to withdraw my balance of €25 just to see how fast they will pay. Needless to say they rejected the withdrawal request and asked for some documents to verify my account. Uploaded my recent gas bill my passport and a selfie but these scamming scums rejected my passport made laughable excuses and kept asking for other documents (residence permit etc) just to avoid paying out a few pennies!!! I refused their further requests for more (private) documents because none of those docs which they asked for were in the list of ID verification documents (passport driver license or National ID).%100 scamming fake betting agency.
