• You cant win in the casino. So dont even try it. Account number X59390. I mean... you might win here and there but then losing 1000 bucks in line 30 minutes playing 2.50 a pull. Losing line 100 strait hands. I never experienced any thing like it. Its my fault for thinking the odds are in my favor that I would eventuality hit something. Second...I deposited using my checking account and 3 weeks later they notified me that the 350 deposit did not go through from my bank. Now.... Ive made 20 other deposits this way without issues. I went into my bank account and found the cleared check and took a screen shot. They didnt believe me said the processor said it was no good. Sooo they deducted 350 more from my account! So they doubled up on me. Im not sure why you would do that to a customer that is spending his ass off and getting killed in casino. I threatened them with lawyers but really wtf can I do except hope someone reads this and spends there money else where. They need to be shut down immediately.

I’ve had no issues with this company…

• I’ve had no issues with this company besides the site being down a few times and fixed. However July 15 my account was suspended (without notification) and reopened on July 17. I requested a withdrawal and continued playing while waiting for the withdrawal to process. It was closed again on July 18 again no notification. I’m not getting any answers and it is very frustrating and unprofessional. The lack of answers suck!

No wins lately

• I was looking at the reviews and see this 2025 year hasnt been nice I have won from Betany some good wins however i loose a lot in-between and that can be a pain in the BUTT! especially when every deposit for a few months is sucked up like water that pisses me off. The only issues I have about this site is the time frame between winning and losing. For instance if you win in April dont expect to win again before July! I spend a lot on bets for very few wins! They are playing with your money

• They are not paying the money and coming up with different excuses. I requested a check payment for over $1800 they sent me a check but my bank wouldn’t cash it because it was a foreign check. I could not take it to the credit union nor my regular bank so I called them and for them to put a stop payment on that check they were taking $250 away from me in order to stop payment on that check. That was truly a rip off stop payments is only about $25 less known $250 so I won again and request a electronic check this time usually in the past I received it within about four days now when I requested the electronic it was up under review then they sent me an email and say the electronic check may take 30 days after process now where have it ever took over 30 days for you to get a electronic check deposited into your account they keep coming up with different things not trying to pay your money. They are sending you emails but you don’t see any of this type of information actually on their website about these payouts and the charge and fees that you will receive if you ever stop payment or that is taken 30 days for you to receive an electronic check they do not have that showing on our website but they send you that in the email.
