- Cancelled my £600 withdrawal and kept the money!! I work long hours and placed a bet on an Australian horse race when I got in. Went to bed. Logged in the following morning and saw my balance - the horse had won. Withdrew the winnings. After 3 times of asking their customer service who twice told me all okay they told me I’d placed my bet late and it was voided! Why offer a market still? It may have gone off late but races do that all the time! They refused to pay out. Shocking. Give me my money!

- Unfortunately Betgoodwin has regressed since launching their new site. Best games have been removed and sports markets aren’t remotely appealing. They were previously behind other operators (pre-switch) on their sports bet builders and they’re now even further behind their competitors having removed a number of player markets (player cards player fouls etc) which are arguably the most appealing selections. The new site has totally lacked thought and discounted any customer experience. A Real shame as I’d previously had brilliant experiences with them but there isn’t any appeal in the new site at all.

Thank you to the reply on here which prompted me to get in touch again. Please can your staff be made aware you do offer first past the post as your agent initially told me you didnt. - Placed a Lucky 15 bet today. Had one winner and expected double the odds bet settlement as normal. Went on live chat to question this and advised that they have changed the terms on this bet and settled at single odds. I received no prior notice of this change. Live chat with Stuart was very disappointing and blamed the change on the new website. The new website is horrendous and not user friendly. Will be closing my account and taking my business elsewhere. RIP BetGoodwin

- Fantastic sportsbook... until 2 things: the recent website redesign (awful) and as soon as my losing account (couple of K) started winning a few bets I got an immediate account restriction of 0 on all bets (lol). Incredible. My account was still overall down maybe 2000 euro within the year yet they closed it. This was after a few months ago when I had another small winning run they restricted my access to best odds guaranteed and stake limits.Really quite shocked considering I dont abuse the system at all just place a lot of bets (horse racing) yet they have shown their true colors: they simply do not want you to have any wins. I might add also that they never give bonuses. I would occasionally be down 1000 in a month and nada.Good riddance actually happy to close the account now and take my business to a reputable site whatever has happened this crowd they are far from trustworthy now.

- Betgoodwin are absolute scum. They manipulate their software. Over 450 across multiple different games and not even a bonus. Do not believe these reviews!!! I have self excluded myself for 5 years so that I can never go on this site again. These casinos should not be able to trade! It sickens me that they can. The gambling commission takes back handers to turn a blind eye to their robbery. I hope more people need my warning to this site! I have gambled across numerous sites and this one is by far the worst ever. I am lucky I have the means to lose such an amount. Proper robbing scumbags hiding behind RNG nothing random about this company just manipulation of software.
