• Since getting a new VIP manager my experience in this casino has been purely negative... I used to have an amazing manager called Amy who always went out of her way to improve my experience. Uploaded anything that they asked for and got my account verified (after a tedious experience of submitting multiple selfies with handwritten notes etc).
