• What a scam - I have sent TO BETPANDA.io using my ID PESKD3 and its just going ignored. I was on stream with a balance that obviously refreshes with the browser and per play. Started $2800 whilst online and played on slots $5 spins for a few minutes (no more than 50 spins because I set the amount (simple math $250 outlay). I then swap games knowing $2550 left. Then the slot tells me $0 I take the usual grief off chat for using scam casinos but the points important. $2550 vanished. I go into transactions and passed spins and sure enough $2800 balance $250 played and then a game I had not accessed showing $2550 in a single spin. THATS NOT EVEN POSSIBLE TO SPIN $2550. I query on support livechat and VIP email. They offer me $50 to keep playing with 10x wager. I repeat and with the stream and screenshots highlight their platforms the error. Im told the platform and games are fine its your wifi (WTF has that got to do with anything). They then write a lengthy (weird) explanation that your wifi can effect connectivity as such your account balance (again WTF). I am now unwilling to use a clearly corrupt platform ever again. Its clear theft and malpractice. I then obviously started reading reviews thanks to chat and realise this is a massive crypto fraud. How can WIFI effect an account balance. Betpanda now refuse to answer and say they answered the issue they have stated they will raise the complaint but these have no dates (yet they remarks could be several months). I am so tempted to take chat on a trip to Costa Rica and go find these guys but more likely just pay someone to go do it. Insane platform run by criminals.
