- On January 20th I requested a withdrawal. My account had already been verified. The chat says the withdrawal takes a maximum of 5 business days. Today is February 13th and the withdrawal status is still pending. Can someone from Betplays answet this? Im tired of dealing with chat bots.

- Refuse to pay out winnings I have deposited money into betplay multiple times and when I finally win they asked for me to re do my id again after I did that they asked for me to verify my phone number again after that they wanted copies of my bank statements. Once all verified now for over two weeks they tell me the department is overloaded and will take some time to process the withdrawal and to be patient this is a scam company that operates out of Cyprus that is not licensed in Canada to even take bets. Betters Beware!!!

- I see Im not the only one whos experienced this. This casino is completely self-serving and doesnt care about you at all. I repeatedly requested the complete closure of my account because I had serious gambling problems. Every time I asked for it to be reopened despite having requested complete self-exclusion they gave me access to their platform again. No commitment to being a responsible casino—they dont care about your requests. But worse than that when I finally managed to recover some of my winnings because Ive never won on their site ever they offered me loss insurance if I canceled my pending withdrawal to encourage me to keep playing and lose even more and guess what? - Hi there this casino has falsely accused me of breaching their said terms and conditions specifically rule 3 and 9 which covers having multiple accounts and cheating. There isn’t one single reason why I have multiple accounts because I have other sports books to utilize and second I do not condone cheating and I bet through sports which is almost impossible to pull off. At the start I tried withdrawing and they asked so much information in which I provided but I ultimately got the $5 withdrawal at first. Then as time passed by and I started to win off my bets and I asked for a withdrawal they took almost 3 weeks and just today they decided to screw me over and close my account for NO reason at all.

- My son and I were wagering regularly with Betplays until we won $7000 and $7500 each on one of their bonus provided. It took over two weeks and I was told the delay was due to external factors and they are doing their best to solve the problem as fast as possible and that I should show some patience. A couple of days later my son and I both got an email that our wagers were against their rules and regulations 17.4. They said the problem was that we bet OVER and UNDER on the games.This is laughable as we made wagers with the bonus which their site accepted. If there is any problems it is their software accepting wagers which would indicate that the wager is acceptable to their terms and conditions. If some wager is not according to their rules and regulations it should indicate this when making the wagering.In the end I said that if you are taking that stance with our win. Then you should also apply this to our losses on same OVER and UNDER wagers.It was enjoyable using their platform until this very ridiculous explanation of a wager of OVER or UNDER.
