Every attempt at an update on payment has been met with several excuses why payment has not been sent. Furious with this site - Scammers

• Furious with this site. I won a few months ago and I was surprised to be paid out very smoothly. As a result I played more often and spent more money there. But yesterday I got my balance up to $999 but it said I can’t withdraw. On asking customer service I was told that since it was tied to a free game promotion that I could only cash out my $999 for $25 and if I won using that $25 I could only cash out a maximum of $100. I am so angry right now. I spent hours building up a $999 balance fully expecting to withdraw it. Customer service told me everything is in their terms and conditions but the ongoing balance on my account had no asterisks or indications that I had a phantom worthless balance.
