• Crooks keep your money or they willI deposited money analld then i ciuld not understand how to buy cards and there was no one to help no live help or even chat host even though it was 7 am.When i spome up about the fact that if they accept a deposit there should be help at that time too they started saying i couldnt talk about it in chat. I think if it is the truth you should not be.censored. they want issues to stay secret.I found staff to be intransigent and i decided to cash my money back However they make sure you dont get it back. You need at least 100 for a withdrawal and have to wait 2 to 3 weeks to get your money. That is unacceptable. They dont wait 3 weeks to take your money do they.On top of all that i used interac but they cannot return the money to my acct. They accept etransfers but cannot refund you there. It is a real company but they find a way to get you with their rules and hide behind the terms and conditions but. no one reads those and they know that.As soon as you have a complaint they want to get rid of you instead of using it as something constructive. • This website is a scam. I won $2000 on their slot games cash money and they refused to allow for a withdrawal. They said I would need to make a deposit to withdrawal. When I tried to deposit the screen said I had too much cash to deposit. So impossible to withdrawal if you win via slot games. Complete rip off. When I reported the issue they removed all of the cash from my account and refused to answer me with anything relevant. They just quoted some crap about bonus money or something. I have screenshots of proof but unable to post images here.
