- The platform is set up kind of awkward. Its not easy to navigate and its exploding with advertisement trying to get you to spend money. I understand that as a business you try to sell your customer but this seems to be a little much. The withdrawal process from the free bonus is four days in the making now I had to verify my account to get the bonus then verify again at withdrawal and its taken 4 days to get it all approved and now theyre saying my withdrawal is processing so we will see if I actually get it or not.

- I dont advice anyone playing or sending money with these pieces of shit. I sent a debit card deposit almost 3 days ago and they claimed to be having technical issues as to why they couldnt load it right then even after I provided them with the receipt proving I paid them their money. I was told they created a ticket and I had to wait with no timeframe and now the sorry POS has me blocked from messaging them they still havent added my money nor have they sent me a refund... Ill be contacting my bank today Ill get my money back one way or the orher

- Withdrawal Request was on hold for over 6 hours. Said they were going over the game logs yet when my game was hacked they said they would not be able to see what had happened to the money on my account. I have played on this site for a couple years and if you win a larger amount of money it often ends the same way…delay after delay!! The same generic answers are given over and over. I don’t recommend using this site it’s unpredictable and not concerned with how long you have to wait for your deposit to be added to your platform and you really have no idea how long it might take or if you will get your winnings!
