As much as I would like to put a 5 star…
- As much as I would like to put a 5 star review at this point until the little trucks stop! I just cant. For 10 years I have played in captain Cooks and casino rewards since I opened my account brand new. In those 10 years of playing its always done the very identical things. If I make my deposit and take a match bonus with bonus money balance on it the games will all be great. I will win on every single game in play. As soon as the playthrough balance becomes actual real money not only all games instantly shut down from winning even 10 cents but the balance will be under the minimum cashout amount of $50. Then its all down hill from there.Every time Ive been able to win on my deposit games will be amazing untill I decided to cashout some money. Instantly once that cashout button is pushed once again all games just shut down untill the rest of my balance is taken. Then I go and reverse to play same thing happens till that is taken. In the 10 years I have played I have cast out at least 400 times out of Casino rewards. Every single time out of those 400 times I have cashed out it is done the identical things to me all games will be fair paying until that cash button is pushed then all of a sudden every game I play shuts down until it takes the rest of my balance and everything I reverse back into play it takes that as well. Absolutely not a coincidence! A coincidence happens maybe two or three times possibly even 4 not 400 times! I just dont understand being such a loyal customer for so long why I cant log in and play and have enjoyment without these little tricks and Tactics constantly being done to me.It did the same thing to me this morning I deposited $50 yesterday I finally got up to $200 the game store stop being amazing as soon as I pushed the Cashout button for $150 every single game instantly shut down and ate up the balance of my $50 within three minutes playing low bed amounts of 20 cents and 50 cents. All of a sudden no free spins will trigger or no bonus rounds. Now I come in today and I reverse $50 to try on a whole new day and guess what? It does the exact same thing eats up that balance within minutes.Of course every time I go on the chat services or I email support in the casino they claim as just all a random big coincidence at this happens to you as I said 1 to 4 times as a coincidence 400 times is not a coincidence. Now I have $75 left Im going to reverse another 25 to try and proved the exact same thing is going to happen until they expect me to reverse the whole amount and/or make a deposit which they will just take again. You know I blame agco for doing this for the fact since they made it mandatory with these rules it is a loud so many casinos to pop up is just ridiculous the amount of casinos for Ontario that they have now that forces every casino to have to cheat just to stay in business and it is wrong! I just want to be able to log in and have enjoyment and fair play when I do decide to play because what is going on to meet constantly for 10 years is so wrong! If or when that day finally does come then and only then I will put a five-star review for this casino and casino rewards. The only thing that this casino actually has going for them is the big variety of games is amazing but when they do these little tricks their players it just out ways and that bad always wins.

- Casino is extremely sketchy. You can never opt out of bonuses. And it being 35x what you deposit its impossible to win. I cant even get one simple bonus which is disappointing. Ive spent hundreds of dollars only to make 10$. Dont waste your time on this at all.
