I sent a photo of my documents and everything to the same address. After that no response about verification.Already on 17.07.2023 a new circumstance appeared. I received a message from gmorgan from casinerx.com. He claims that players from Ukraine are not allowed to play CasinerX because their jurisdiction does not extend to players from Ukraine.But I could not find this important information anywhere. If this is true then why was I able to register an account claim the bonus play slots and make a deposit? And although in this case the court did not recognize them as criminals we understand very well that these guys are fraudsters and criminals.Given these circumstances we have sufficient grounds to believe that these individuals will most likely continue their criminal activities. Therefore other people who do not know anything about these criminals may be affected by their activities.And the last. Do not play in this casino because it actually operates without a license because the organization and operation of the gambling business is not prohibited by Costa Rican law but there is no special law that regulates the organization and licensing of online gambling. Therefore such business is not controlled and regulated at the state level.Since there is no specific license for online gaming in Costa Rica operators use a data processing license to operate.
