The problems started the moment I tried to withdraw my money.The withdrawal process turned into a never-ending verification loop. I submitted all requested documents multiple times got confirmation that everything was received and then heard nothing for days. When I contacted support I received copy-paste replies with no clear answers or timelines. It felt like they were deliberately dragging things out.On top of that the bonus terms are extremely restrictive and not transparent. After meeting the wagering requirements I was told my withdrawal was limited due to internal rules that were never clearly explained upfront.
