- Absolutely disgusting casino! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! No matter how many deposits you make you are guaranteed constant loss after loss dead spin after dead spin! Landing scatter bonus rounds always seem either non existent or very few and very far between and always with minimal winnings if you do manage to land it! The games constantly lag before a spin has even been completed your balance will have already changed to display the winning or lost deduction! They claim that the casino has plenty of amazing player perks and offers and bonuses available when in fact there is barely ever anything to claim their level up system is the main focus for free bonuses and they claim you will be generously rewarded with free spins on “your most played and favourite games” but they already have a pre selected few games that the spins are given on even if you have never played those games before! AND its usually only about 5 spins you receive and a value of between 5-20cents per spin! It’s pathetic and such a slap in the face after having wagered so much money just to reach a new level!! Wagering amount is always very high unless you are a VIP player and the wagering requirement is 0 but never expect to win much at all from their bonuses! Withdrawal time is quick for VIP players too but becoming a VIP player is not automatic and is decided by the casino IF and WHEN you will become one. The live chat support are the most rude unhelpful patronising condescending bunch of people I have ever encountered such unprofessional!! Of course this is based on my own personal experiences but judging by a lot of other reviews it’s been the same for many others! Play at your own risk! But don’t think these reviews are for nothjng!!

They took $1700 from me within 3 hours of play without even the slightest possibility of a payout got maybe 3-4 bonuses the whole time and they paid maybe $10 each when I’m betting $1.00 per spin. when I questioned them about their return to player and expressed my dissatisfaction they locked my account. They are a SCAM.

- If i could 0 star this i would even go negative 0 this is a scam casino I accidentally put in 100 dollars what i mean by that is i deposited 50 and it said it didn’t go through then deposited again it didn’t load again and then felt something was off i checked my account and it took $100 big time scam!!!!

- While I was skeptical at first I did end up receiving my money the next day. I won $3000.14CAD. I had to provide them with photo ID and phone bill for verification purposes. It still seems a bit sketchy and that I was one of the luckier ones. Probably wont play again.

- Slot round got stuck on bonus. Contacted chat multiple times and they say it cannot be resolved so basically stealing a feature worth of 40 euros. Instead they decide to give me 10 free spins with a wagering? (40€ real money bonus lost and give me 1€ worth of spins with a wagering as a refund) Im going to raise a complaint. Please do not play here. I have played on casinos for 15 years and this is first one that has scammed me.If I had somehow gotten 40 euros by accident from them I would already have been sued but since its other way around they couldnt care less.

- I had a sudden phone number change and it took a few days to resolve. With the phone number change I had two withdrawals pending $150 and $50. Those withdrawals were returned 4 times with zero explanation. After 3 weeks of utter complete nonsense try to receive the withdrawals I finally gave up and lost the funds. Or did I? I actually hit a great bonus that paid a 2500x and withdrew $450 but… I knew the withdrawal would fail. So 4 days later after being told it was paid out and I’d get my money the withdrawal failed! Now I’m furious and went to customer service. They told me my government issued licences wasn’t valid as proper documentation to validate my account. I took a screenshot of the accepted identification and sent it to them and had no response. So after 3 weeks of failed withdrawals the reason they failed is because when I changed my phone number I needed to reverify my account because I had also moved. So the safety protocols are there caxino needs to ensure the staff are trained to explain that because you changed phone numbers and moved you’d need to verify your account as a security protocol. Instead I had to find out the hard way almost 3 weeks after the first failed withdrawal. As for the casino aspect I love it. It’s my go to for online gaming.Update. Almost a month without a successful withdrawal from caxino. Stemming from the original $150 and $50. Still waiting for the $400. My account was verified with my government issued valid drivers license. Customer service clearly has no clue what their talking about.
