• Draftkings sports book was good for the first week of playing then after that they slowing start to mess with bets in the bet slips then the play clock is always incorrect they have two play clocks so when you go place a bet there is a play clock that says how much time is left of the game when betting live bets so if you are picking lets say nba total points of both teams the clock will say 3rd quarter 10 mins left and the score is 115 so then when you pick total of over 225 on the game so they have were you can watch games live so when you place a bet then go to watch the live game when you click on to watch the game there will be two clocks and the clock were you placed tge bet it says 3rd quarter 10 mins well that clock is always wrong there other clock the true click when watching the game is on the basketball court the other clock is the clock they use to rob you with when placing your bets so now you think owe Im good just placed a promising bets most likely there is no way it will loose the real clock instead of 3rd quarter 10 mins no it will be like 3rd quarter 2mins left this aint a joke dont believe me go take a look for your self I have got so much money jacked from them thief thats just one of there hustles they use to jack you with all the sports are controlled and believe it or not every sport in the world if its on a betting site they are all controlled by sports book tell then how much to score who is going to win its almost impossible to win more then you bet dont believe me check your monthly amount you wagered on bets and the amount you won if you been betting on spirts over two months I bet you aintwon more then you bet wont to prove me wrong show your monthly bet slips if you been betting more then two months I bet you have less then what you started with it dont matter what app you bet on sports they are all involved with cheating and beating you out of your money they are stupid thats why they have to rob people if they were smart they would not have to cheat and they could make money regardless if the persons bet win or looses.

How not to provide quality customer service

• I had multiple issues with my laptop somehow showing I was in a different location. I was locked out of my account three times for accessing the site from my phone and laptop within 2 hours....although I never left the couch. Instead of trying to help me solve the issue they just froze my account for a month. Horrible customer service and lack of respect for their users. I guess its easy for a company who makes billions to not worry about a single customers user experience.

Customer Service needs help desparately

• Playing a game and got the bonus game and it locked me up. Went to chat and they opened a ticket with the provider of the game to get fixed well over a week ago. In the interim they have opened several other tickets with same issue bur no one is following up with the provider. If all their game providers took well over a week and going to respond they would not be in business. Chat will only open new ticket and do nothing to follow up to get resolved. Customer service is horrific at best and no one does anything about it. They are not BBB approved so doesnt help to go there but their ratings show Draftkings Customer Service worse than the rating here.

• Well I have been a little questionable about online as I do play it but things just didnt sit well. Online made sure I played 5 games online 100 spins each a certain amount recorded results then took a trip to AC played the same games exactly the same way as online and sorry big difference. Most notable was online you hit decent if you play online get off right away because you are gonna take a nose dive real quick. On average if I hit 30.00 or more right away on every one within 2 spins I started losing and lost that 30 and more cery quickly. Draftkings customer service is the worst experience I have had online with any website ever!

• After my father and I having a Draftkings account for 4 years they locked him out of his account without asking him if there was a problem with it. He is 82 years old and does not know how to get it unlocked so he asked me who also has a Draftkings account to help him get his account unlocked. After I wrote to them to see what the issue is they locked my account and asked me to send a picture with me holding MY ID. I had to send them 3 pictures before they finally accepted it. My father has sent them 4 pictures in the last 4 months and they say none of them are good. I can see his face clearly along with his information on his ID and they still wont accept it. There was no problem with his account for 4 years until they created some fictitious one and proceeded to lock his account without even contacting him about the supposed issue first. They wont let him access his balance! Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in my lifetime. Now I find out that bets I made on some games were fixed from criminal behavior by players coaches and others which Draftkings profited off of . What about the players who had them in their fantasy and prop bets. Shouldnt they be refunded for losing their money on fixed games after Draftkings profited off it. Their integrity regarding basketball wagering is shot. They need to get rid of the under on prop bets because they can be so easy manipulated causing players like me to lose money on their fantasy and prop bets as well. I have written to Draftkings regarding the first issue dozens of times in the last 4 months with no success in getting my fathers account unlocked. I am warning everyone I can through this review so you can protect your hard earned money which Draftkings does not care about. If they did they would have decent customer service instead of giving everyone the runaround. Every time I see a Draftkings email or commercial it makes me sick! We both threw our 2 gifts which were a hat and shirt in the trash where it belongs. Writing this review was my last resort after all the aggravation they have put us through.
