• I have been struggling for 3 days now to get a withdrawal. The casino requires a lot of documents. Even for a deposit that has not resulted in a win. I understand that they have such rules but I have never played in a casino where they are so strict before. Sometimes they said that a screenshot would be enough but then it was not enough.
