Shortly afterward most of that amount disappeared. Customer support later stated that Free Spin winnings were capped at $0.40 under their terms.The issue is not that a cap exists. The issue is that this limitation was not clearly disclosed at the point of play or at the time the winnings were displayed. Showing winnings as credited and then removing them afterward without clear real time disclosure feels misleading.What made the situation worse was that the support agent closed the chat while the matter was still in dispute leaving no resolution or escalation path.I have requested a supervisor review and an audit log of the play session.
