• I have been a customer for circa four years and whilst I wouldn’t consider myself a “high roller” I have been a loyal customer and deposit on a regular basis. Unfortunately over the past few months I find that both the overall Gala app and website (Spins/Bingo/Casino) has significantly deteriorated. This is no disrespect do the customer support team but when I spend over one hour in live chat and always receive the same template/default response and no resolution to the issue and it is very frustrating especially when I am asked to then provide screenshots of the previous issue which obviously isn’t something I can do with a historic issue! I really don’t believe it is the fault of customer support staff but they are clearly working from a script and I end up feeling like I’ve been “fobbed off”.I even logged a formal complaint about a certain issue 7 days ago and received an email advising me that I would receive an update/response within 24 hours and I’m still awaiting the promised “update/response”.Gala generally used to be much better and I don’t know why they need to keep making these supposed “improvements”.Surely they must realise that their business wouldn’t exist without customers/members making regular deposits etc?!
