• Do not waste your money. Automated generic replied on their ‘live chat’ ran by robots. No replied from emails. They say they are available 24/7 by phone live chat or email. Which is false as they don’t even have a phone number on their page. Withdrew £100 for my first withdraw and got that within 1 day. But then withdrew £500 and being told it’ll take 7-21 days to received it. It’s clear that they reel you in and then screw you over. Very rude company. Avoid! Will keep updated on if o ever see my money.

I’ve contacted godaddy who are the domain registrar and WinBet NV who galaxyspins fraudulently claim to be part of to get them closed down.DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY. EDIT: it’s been 24 working days now and still no paid withdrawal from them which is past their 21 days they say it’ll be done in. Chat just say they can’t give me any updates and to keep waiting that the finance team are busy etc. It’s clear they are a scam casino and will not pay out withdrawals. I’ve accepted that they’re probably not going to pay out. They still have the cheek to send promo emails asking you to deposit for bonuses. DO NOT DEPOSIT AT THIS CASINO THEY WILL NOT PAY OUT WINNINGS. EDIT 2: still no payout and still being ignored or told to keep waiting. What’s funny is if you email them about a withdrawal they’ll not reply but if you email them saying you need to make a deposit they reply within 10 minutes. I had to use this trick to get into an email correspondence with them and force them to update me on my withdrawal.

• Well if only I read the reviews first…… I too won £240. Tried to withdraw money left but didn’t go into my account. I was told that there were technical difficulties with Visa and advised to use Mastercard which I don’t have. At the bottom of this review page there are details of the company’s E Mail address postal address and phone number. I called the number but it’s a pub number just outside Banbury according to the girl that answered 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

• Absolute scam of a casino site 🤬. Won £150 on 4th September requested a withdrawal that day. Its now 22nd October and still not money same reply as others when emailing for assistance just a generic reply. My advice do not fall for the spam emails from this company they are a total scam.
