- My experience was great until I tried to withdraw £25 I was told to verify which I did try however my date of birth says February instead of January so I was unable to do this. Support told me to email kyc I did this but not sure how long I will be waiting unfortunately. I will update the rating and review once I am able to withdraw.

- So I joined this casino expecting 50 free spins. When the didnt arrive I went onto live chat and spoke to someone called Mia.She said I already had an account and to log into that. I didnt know I had an account so asked her the details. She gave me a login. I entered the login name and put in what I would have used as my password. This took me straight into a completely random persons account. Showing me all there personal details. When questioning Mia she insists its my account. It definitely is not as it gave me a name address and fone number that is definitely nothing to do with me. Do not touch this casino with a bardgepole.I dread to think what else is shared.Mia did not give a flying fook about the seriousness of the situation and insisted I was lying and it was my account.

- This site is a scam many times I have withdrawn and keep on getting emails back to verify my card when I have sent them this information numerous of times all they do is reject mu withdrawn and tell me to upload my card again as I have used the same picture in the past on the site and it has never been an issue it has been over a week now and still no sign of my money stay away from these scam artists

This site is a scam
- First I was scared about this casino seeing all the reviews. My verification was pending during a 500€ withdraw but with the email support it took around a 1 day completing it. I got verified and recieved my deposit after 2 days. I also had another withdraw with 250€ which arrived between 2 days as well. I like the bonus system bc there are a lot of bonuses nowadays (bonusmap) and the Bonus T&C are similiar to other casinos (wager max payout etc.) Ive wagered it once. Furthermore the system doesnt allow you to play on some slots which are forbidden during bonuses (I played before in a casino which let you bet higher and play in forbidden slots and after winning they took my money😆).So far so good for me!

- To be honest I was reading the previous ratings of this site and I felt so bad because Ive read them only after I deposited some money.The free spins bonus is true It doesnt matter how much money you made they just delete it to 100EUR for example I wanted to withdraw 302EUR and after I wrote an e-mail to them about the payment process they told me that I can only withdraw 100EUR from the bonus.Other than that the KYC was pretty smooth they replied within one hour and after I sent the necessary documents they verified my profile fully so the withdraw process was like 2 or 3 days in total.Their RTPs are very sus and there are lots of dead spins but I dont think Its worse than any other casinos.

- Hi All I recently started playing at Gamblezen and I won good chunk of money. Everything from signing up to KYC was smooth but when it came down to withdrawals it is probably the most frustrating casino. According to their T&C you can request for withdrawals upto $2000 daily $5000 weekly and $20000 monthly and they only process withdrawal requests during the weekdays. I have been struggling to withdraw my funds as I have to request it in 3 different transactions of CAD $750 daily and it takes them 24hrs to process. Most of the time I either receive 1 or 2 withdrawals or none. According to Gamblezens T&C if a player wins more than $20000 they can divide the whole amount into monthly instalments until paid in full. I have contacted their support and referred me to email their KYC (finance department) to request the instalments. I have emailed their KYC department multiple times over the past 22 days and havent heard back once. I am extremely frustrated with the withdrawals at this website. If they had the withdrawals figured out to be paid in a timely manner I would change my review.
