- Made a withdrawal off 380 on 29th november 2024 and still waiting. I have closed my account but still believe they should still payout. Chat disabled so now just sending emails with no replys recently. I did try and reopen my account but was told management do not reopen closed accounts its a policy.

- I’ve been playing golden genie for awhile now and everytime I’ve won I’ve been paid within a few days. Now I’ve won a good amount of money which is £2200 on the 5th December 2024 I still haven’t received my money. I’ve been told my agents to be patient which I have and waited. Keep hearing the same excuses. January 30th 2025 I cancelled my withdrawal and it went back into my gaming account as I still didn’t receive my money and now I’ve done a bank transfer. Yet again still no money. All the agents now just leave the chat before you can talk to them.
