• Hard Rock bet is a scam. I have been trying to get a withdrawal of $25 for almost a week and they are jerking me around and lying. No phone customer service and offshore incompetent customer service reps. The government should rescind their gaming license as in the state of Florida they are a monopoly

SCAM ARTISTS/ZERO STARS

• Two words: CAM THOMAS. HOW can these people not void him from our parlays when he exits the game with an injury after 6 MINS??? I won EVERY OTHER LEG of my parlay! I would EXPECT any company that values their customers to recalculate my winnings (which were about $109 after subtracting his odds). This was a $6 +1300 bet and his odds were around -250 to hit 15pts BTW! This is HIGHWAY ROBBERY & I have demanded the winnings owed to me - SOMETHING! There are articles EVERYWHERE you look - even DraftKings - asking what happened to Thomas. Customer Service is non-existent! I had an email thread 8 msgs long the last time I had to contact them and each response was from a different person who replied with the same msg I recd from the last person! One even addressed me by someone elses name thats NOWHERE close to mine! They use shady business practices i.e. offering an early cash out without updating the players stats to make it seem as if you might not win hoping you take the cash out! I have to check elsewhere to dbl chk the actual stats to avoid spoiling my parlay by falling for their underhanded b.s. I could go on for DAYS; probably have gone on too long already.

• They literally shut down your account when you try to withdraw it and say it’s for security reasons. They literally don’t let you have access to your own money for 24-48 hours. There’s no customer service phone number you can call either just a chat with AI. This has to be illegal!!!

• Yet another sportsbook that as soon as they see you getting ahead they limit your wagers. Sometimes they max me out at $0.50. it doesnt even pay for the taxes LOL. I sent them screenshot proof of what was going on and they just gave me generic copy paste answers.

• If you want to log in every 5 minutes and go through a 2 step verification process - this is the app for you! It is too much of a hassle and doesnt always work. Customer service is poor and takes a lot of time. The betting can be a little complicated as well. There is a good reason there are so many bad reviews use another service you will be better off.

Limited for being +$260 profit after 3 years of playing

• Ive been using this sportsbook for around 2-3 years and it was good no complaints at all. Unfortuanalty I was down around $1k over those years. Just this past month Ive gone on a really good run for me and made all that back plus $260 profit and Im now limited to $10 a bet. Absolute joke that I get limited for being +$260ish profit after 3 years. I contacted support and they tried to claim that there was no limits set on my account.

• Don’t ever use this site under any circumstances!! This organization is a front for theft! They have stolen my money and from others as well. They will instantly take your money but the minute you ask for your money to be withdrawn back to you they will make every excuse to not return it. All of their communication is done through an AI based bot that will never answer a question or provide an update. • wish honestly they had less than one star to give because hard rock deserves a -5. i tried for 8 hrs to find out why my “new” account had been suspended and no answer. i now know why their reviews show this app sucks. no customer service could not call me or let me call them.

Hardrockbet customer service is the worst

• Hardrockbet sent me an email and called me to tell me they realize my Wager Limit was incorrect. I pointed this out to them four days ago and they finally got around to agreeing with me. They sent me an email telling me I was right and called me to tell me I was right and they would fixed the problem IMMEDIATELY. The problem still hasnt been fixed. They even offered me a $200 bonus bet for my aggravation but said the bonus bet expires in 7 days. I am now at the fifth day of my bonus bet expiring and I cant use it because my wager limit has not been rest to the correct amount. I currently have $64 left in my wager limit so I cant use the bonus bet. I BET they are waiting for the bonus bet to expire before they fix my problem. This company has the most robotic underhanded and lying reps in the history of customer service. I cant wait for another sportsbook to start taking bets in Florida so I can get away from Hardrockbet. They do nothing but LIE LIE and LIE some more.

• I referred a friend who bet $50. I was supposed to receive a bonus bet of $50 which was never received. I know two other people who had the same experience. I can’t believe the Florida Gaming authorities allow these crooks to operate. STAY AWAY FROM HARD ROCK! Heck just read the reviews. Wonder what politicians are on their payroll;)

If outside of Florida go elsewhere

• Ive been a user of hard rock bet since it became the only legal sports book in Florida going on 3 years. Positives: a large selection of soccer matches and leagues. The app is pretty easy to use. Lines are posted fairly early in the major sports with a large selection of alternate lines once the sport reaches near scheduled start time. Negatives:. Lots of their settlement rules are a disadvantage to players compared to other sports books in their settlement process. Customer service is one of the worst Ive experienced in any company. Only choices to contact customer support are via chat and/or email. If you plan on using the chat system set aside a minimum of 30 minutes before you receive a satisfactory answer to your direct question. Note;the chat will disconnect if sitting idle for more than 2 minutes so make sure every 2 minutes you send a message in the chat session otherwise you have to start over. Once 2025 college football and NFL has started app is very slow and glitchy probably from the increased traffic it is very frustrating when trying to place wagers. Missing games / matches from the board when they are posted at any other sports book. Seems like they try to limit their liability in any cases where the player may have a slight advantage instead of prioritizing customer relations. In addition they are very fast to remove any posted lines that are being hit by betters. Their selection of prop bets is one of the worst in the market very limited selections. In general their lines are higher than other sports books.I could really go on with many more negatives but I dont want to seem like a hard rock basher. In summary if/when another sports book becomes available in Florida I will be deleting the hard Rock that app! There are several better sportsbooks out there to use.

• I seen the promo for hardrock bet 5$ and if your bet wins you get 150.000 in bonus bets. Well I signed up deposited 10$ it’s the minimum deposit. Made two bets 5$ each at the same time. They settled at the same time. One bet loss one bet won that’s great right bonus bets are won. No nope even though my bets settled at the same time Hardrock took my loss bet and counted it as my first bet and took my bonus funds. Nowhere do I remember in the terms saying your first cash bet. It says bet 5$ and win!! Pathetic Hardrock do better!

Hard Rock Bet App experience

• Too many restrictions with trying to apply a profit boost to a parlay. Also the selection of parlays to play for all sports isn’t good and the payouts are poor also. The 150$ in bonus bets is smoking mirrors you don’t find out that u have to use it up in a week and the bets are by $25 increments only until after you win your $5 bet. Fan duel is way better with being able to use profit boost and only requiring a 5$ minimum bet instead of 10$ their parlay selections are a lot better.
