• This is the definition of a joke. I am furious that this is allowed to happen. I had a specific account balance went to withdraw it and the amount has miraculously halved. I have been attempting to get a hold of a customer service agent since 9:00AM after an hour being on hold the chat disconnects on schedule.Surely this is a joke. It is really disturbing that the only way to express frustration is to leave a negative review.
