• Ive been playing horseplay RELIGIOUSLY for well over a year now Im talking just about every single day. The biggest win Ive had was for $160 bucks. Its happened twice. Other than that this app just drinks directly from your wallet with absolutely zero care for the customer/loyal player. They spew all of this nonsensical BS about how our games are tied to horse races well Ive done my fair share of research on horse races now the payouts you receive at horseplay are SKIMMED they literally put your money in a big pool with everyone elses and then they hold the big wins giving out the minimums as much as possible. Lets get to the false advertisement part and ohhh trust me Im talking to lawyers currently about suing this junk website. They advertise the possibility of a grand jackpot NO ONE HAS EVER WON A GRAND JACKPOT BECAUSE YOU LITERALLY CANT. They cap your wins and losses so you cant win anything crazy but you will always win at least the minimum right its all designed to suck your wallet dry and make you think you can win. You cant win you will never win and they will never tell you the truth they will respond to this review with some total bs about winnings being unpredictable yet they cant tell you the maximum win you can achieve per bet for example I figured out the maximums for the $10 buy in the maximum win is $80 for the $20 the max is $160 and it doubles as it goes so the max on a $40 is $320 i saw one screenshot of a guy saying he won over $400 on a $20 buy in but its actually impossible. They would give actually information if it wasnt impossible. Its all a scam if I purchase a $20 buy in then go to 3 coin treasures game and change the bet amount the grand changes from $5000 - $15000 okay they PREACH how its all tied to horse races and not the bet amount but if I purchase a $20 buy in youre saying I could change my bet amount and win the grand multiple times? No! Its all Fing FAKE

BEWARE OF THIS APP HORSEPLAY

• I played the BSPOT gaming app for years and love it. Never had a problem with any hacking ( stealing money from my bank account). Then it changed to HORSEPLAY and I played for 2 years. January 2026 I played the app days for my birthday month. I noticed the games started blinking out and starting over when I win. I stopped playing. The next morning I checked my account and there goes the BSPOT transactions. Money disappeared for 2 days after deposits I made. I emailed and the supervisor said the use Nuvei to assist with their transactions. My bank card was there and my bank’s name was removed and Nuvei was added in its place. Too afraid to play the cash left on the app. No refund for my money given but I was told they mailed my cash. BEWARE! If it happened to me it will happen to you. I feel staff took my money

• The games are low quality a lot of games are just a variant of the same skin. I got 4 bonuses and most paid between 2x and 7x bet size. The site itself is confusing you deposit money then have to buy credits with the money if you win money with the credits it goes back into your cash balance.............Random pop up screens saying I won a $.01-.$05 instant win (betting $2.50). Somehow horse racing is involved. I finally requested a cash out and it said we try to process in 3-5 business days . I wont deposit more. • When I first started on horseplay it was fun. Several hundred in and I hit a decent amount back. A few weeks later and I did it again. It was fun. Then I did the loyalty survey and gave them all my information and referred a lot of folks that played and deposited. I raved about horseplay. Now I have donated over a grand and nothing. I can deposit 50 and not hit a thing. The bonus rounds almost never come now and when they do its very little or nothing won. I can donate a grand to my local casino and at least come Home with 400. I understand this os determined by the horse races so I do small credits from my cash. There is no way only playing 10 or 20 at a time you can lose that many times. I now believe this is rigged. • I first played on Horseplay a few weeks ago for the first time. I lost my small deposit but had fun with the games. I played again last night and won a small sum! I cashed out and was dismayed to see that it would take 3-5 days or something like that. I got worried when I saw the negative reviews here. But that wasnt the case. I got my small win within a few hours. Yay! I really like how each game shows the volatility.

• Wanted to love it. I was able to win a lot of my losses over Two months back but the horrendous payouts and joke of bonus rounds in the slot features were just not up to par. • Company is a scam. Played 400 dollars and every credit package I got was paid back to me with the minimum amount. At least make the games engaging and pay something back. Only got 25 bucks out of the 100 everytime and when I did the lower credit package it was the same thing. Be prepared to lose your money if you play on this app. I can see the games being fun but not if you’re losing non stop on every single game. The advertising for this is definitely false. You have a better chance at a casino than on the app for sure.
