- I’ve been playing JustPlay since November 2022. I’ve earned £1069.49 in this time. In the last few weeks they’ve asked I scan my face etc. this then says it doesn’t recognise or can’t validate me. So now I have £40+ sat in my account I cannot withdraw as I used to before. You can’t speak to a human to help you !! Absolutely appalling when I’ve been using the app for 3 years!

It used to be great.
- When I first started using JustPlay I had no complaints about it. One million coins usually converted to $1 USD sometimes even a little more. Now its unreliable. My friend had over 2 million coins and got $0.07 USD. How is that fair!? There used to be a conversion rate chart in their terms of service but I havent been able to find it. How convenient. A year ago I had no problems earning $12 USD every day. Now I can barely earn $6. Also please stop having those Surge events because I NEVER get the surge amount shown. Ive also noticed the amount you get for watching an ad varies from user to user. My friend gets 120000 coins per video someone on Facebook said she gets 50000 coins per video and I only get 6000. Inconsistent with what it offers. Im moving on from JustPlay because its not worth it anymore.

- The ads on this game were insane. Literally about every 2-3 moves on the more then 10 games I was required to download. Had to complete about 24 different tasks to receive $0.01... I deleted it.

- Ive been earning and playing on justplay for about 5 years now. Theres been issues just like with any other company or business. However they have come through a lot of yall that are saying only made .75€ or $1 after 2 hours or even 1 week... Its about strategy and youre not playing it correctly. I usually make between $4-$8 every 3 hours because as I said you have to be smart within those 3 hours. On the first page with the ( I call them default games ) games you play all the time. Those payout very little. When you go to the offer wall thats where the $ is at to be made. Pick games like grocery match or casino games or the match 3 type games where itll say ( highlighted ) 2000 coins a level. Thats when in those 3 hours try playing as many levels as possible and watch the $ amount increase. Once you get to the daily goal before the 3 hours is up thats when I switch to a default game like treasure master to just add to what Ive already made. I should make an actual how to video for most of yall. I would give 5 stars however there was a time I didnt get rewarded for a final task on a game and it got to where even the owner contacted me after I wrote a bad review and they fixed it but it took almost 3 months to get the $30.

- Not a bad app they do have little side games and little things that you can earn extra coins or you will see if you play the game but in order to get a dollar or two you have to have millions and millions of coins Ive had a main going thing got paid more than I did have in five million points but they do instant pay out and there is a 3-hour clock but some of the side games I have one getting five blue diamonds and I was instantly awarded 350 that you can cash out right away but other than that theyre a good app I keep them on my phone I just wish they would pay more for your time. I cant actually put an exact date for experience because Ive been wanting off with them for many years at least 4 years

- I spent some money to meet some of the gaming goals and make a little money while Im unemployed. Well one day 1000000 points equals 1$.. then after I spent 20$ to try and make 50 all the sudden 1000000 points is only worth 10cents. I lost out huge and spent hours of my time trying to get my score up and make a little bit of money with this website they really ought to be ashamed of themselves.. wanna make some money try prime opinion they at least tell you straight up how much everything is going to be in dollars and cents and they cant just decide and adjust the pay scale whenever they dont want to pay you out. And also just play I have numerous dead-end clicks that you fill out surveys and meet every expectation and requirement like you asked me to and you dont pay it out so then you put in a troll ticket and you just do endless loop emails and never pay you out its really sad.

- i once played a tolerable game for almosts 2 hours and got .5 cents for it. they have missions to earn like play a game for 10 minutes. ok thats fine. after its been ten minutes and you want to claim your reward it shows up as half way done. oh because half the game play is stalled because of the ads. very deceitful. in reality by the end of the week you can make .75 cents any videos made by regular people are a lie who get paid to lie.

- I cashed out to get a Walmart gift card and the email never came. I wrote support for in the app and took a screen record of me resending to my email with nothing coming. They havent responded in 2 days so I looked for another way to communicate. I found their support email and put the same thing and they still havent answered.

- The constant ads that interrupt gameplay are ridiculous. Plus you need so many helps to clear each level of most games you have to watch more ads to get each help. There is no way to earn more helps for the games just watch more ads. Payouts are miniscule mere pennies for 3 hours of play.

- I consistently have been playing just about one hour to 2 hours a day. The games are reasonably fun and you can do it after work or school. Of course you can make 60$ a hour at a job but for playing video games it is not a bad deal. They payout is quick and it is a very easy way to get 100$ a month from doing nothing. Of course working a job or doing other things is better but its better than playing games for free!
