Bad comunication
- Bad comunication I deposited funds yesterday but all games were offline for a maintenance that was not comunicated to the users and I’ve asked to the support to withdrawal the deposit but they told that it is not possibile. Today I played the funds and right after I went to chat to limit deposits and gambling in the hope of limit myself from playing but the support was offline too resulting in non care for responsible gaming! Terrible Customer Support and Strange Situation
- I played last friday hit on a few big wins in bonuses and managed to completed my bonus wager.
