• I asked for my account to be closed only to find out it wasnt. Told me it can only be done if there is a problem gambling. I filed complaint but they refused to deal with me after being unable to show me where in their terms and conditions this rule was written. I thrn contacted mga as I was told by ecogra that this was their issue as holder of the gaming licence first they came back with a completely irrelevant answer so I asked again to answer me regarding my complaint issues. They then replied weeks later that the case has been concluded and the vendor contacted but they didnt tell me the result nor have they updated the vendor. Meanwhile leovegas then told me I can close an account without any gambling issues my account cannot be reopened once this has been requested and there is no explicit rule outlining any exact reasons for why the account has to be closed based on problem with gambling .still leovegas refuse to acknowledge this dispute records of the conversations and MGA refuse to respond to me

• I play on Betrebels with Maltese license and I have never received feedback from this licensee despite 3 years that I play on that Betrebels site and I have never exceeded the single deposit on the casino slots. Unfair RTP worse than unlicensed casinos (at leastthose without a license are more honest because they do not hide under any false protection to the player and corrupt pieces of state). They never pay anything in 3 years the balance has not exceeded € 500 (on rare occasions) money that obviously makes no sense to withdraw considering that I played them in a month! • MGA seems to be a wall players hit in disputes with casinos. I have never heard of anyone who ad a player has gotten their dispute ruled in favor by the MGA.Casinos on the other hand can behave as they want. With them always winning the case and with the time it takes MGA to handle cases they just need to sit down and ignore the players problems. • Two facts I must divulge. One I have never had direct interaction although I do interact with several of the sites that are said to be insured by them. Two since I have not interacted with them personally I can not say they are a terrible company. Or that they have done any wrong to me. That being said I would have liked to be able to come here and see a reply from them. Some reassurance that they are watching.
