Glitchy software cost me a win

• I was on a great run at a blackjack table when the site suddenly froze and booted me out. By the time I reloaded my hand was gone and so were my chips. Support said there was nothing they could do. • Got hit by kyc after making 50$ on my 120$ deposit if I wanted to gamble at a regulated casino I wouldnt use a crypto casino by closing my account I requested my withdrawal which is 50$ over what I deposited (Withdrawal is possible when you close your account as of clause 9.1. in t&c - they just chose to ignore it and still require kyc).
