- I submitted a withdrawal on February 3rd. I still havent been paid. I talk to support almost daily and they tell me that they promise to escalate and expedite my redemption. It has been 20 days. There is literally no reason it takes this long unless they are running a ponzi scheme. If you deposit money you will likely never get paid.

Games malfunction and you don’t get paid
- I used to think this was probably a pretty good site until I hit a feature on Luxor gold hold and win and the site has been malfunctioning ever since. Every time I try to open the game now it kicks me out the game malfunctioned mid feature and every time I try to open it now it says disconnected from the server tap anywhere to try again when I contacted the support they said I have to send them all the screenshots how much money I’ve won when I haven’t even won any money because the feature won’t finish and all this other requirements just seems like bullshit to me. I used to think they were a good site now I’d say stay away. They won’t help you with problems their site brakes and they won’t fix it and they act like they need all this information to do it stay away. Edit: been over a week and the game is still stuck in a feature that I’m unable to collect winnings from. Stay away from this site they won’t even respond to my emails anymore Final edit: so I was finally able to play the game but they stole the feature from me and I had hit a jackpot but it hadn’t been revealed yet that’s minimum $4. This casino can’t be trusted they don’t make you whole when their games malfunction. DO NOT RECOMMEND PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK

- I would normally give a casino like this 4 or 5 stars. Because everything about them is great. Great games. Great customer service. Etc. BUT…..they have the most ridiculous redemption waiting period. They say 5 days but I’ve waited longer as well. Like I just don’t get how it takes 5 days when other casinos can pump out redemptions like crazy. This casino seriously needs to figure something out.

Moonspin Redemption 10 business days and Nothing
- So on Feb 3rd I attempted to Redeem 350sc from Moonspin. Ok just to clarify I am completely verified and live in NC also I have a BOA account that should not have any problems at all with putting the money in. Well they said 5 days. Ok today is Feb 13th 10 business days later and nothing. Now I was told Aeropay was having technical difficulties so I familiar with Aeropay went to their website checked then went to 2 other sites I use to check company outages or reports of problems and found out there have been no reported problems since the Feb 10th. Now I would say it was their software but being an internet based company well yea. Unless I am completely mistaken or wrong they lied to me multiple times after contacting customer service who said I would have it on the 11th. Again the 13th now. Also since then I have emailed 2 more times and crickets. I read all the good reviews and I cant remember the last time I wrote a bad one but this really makes me mad. Its ridiculous honestly. Ill be happy to change my review if they can make it right but as for now.....

- If you like being able to SPEND money but not being able to cash out then this is the casino for you. Cant even get verified. Has to be the only place of business on EARTH that a dang PASSPORT doesnt count as a form of identification wtf? Consistently get an error trying to use a drivers license.
