- Was using mr vegas for a while last year then in December deposited and played alot then when it came to Friday to receive rainbow treasure I got 0 so I went through customer services they told me I hadn’t accrued any but I knew it was wrong after back and fourth I just told them to close my account I wrote a bad review on here they contacted me saying there was an issue end of December with rainbow treasure and to get in touch so I reached out 3 weeks ago and they still haven’t resolved it now.. how can it not be sorted 2 months later? - I was playing book of dead using the deposit method on the game screen I deposited £10. The moment my money went through the game screen went black. You could see the reels spinning while the screen was black but the reels went black before landing symbols. Me being foolish thought it would sort itself out but I did screen record the gameplay for evidence. Reported to Mr Vegas with a screen shot of my recording and after a couple weeks told me that I did not once have a winning spin and closed the matter. To me ive been scammed. I was doing 50p spins and to not have 1 win? Is there a way I can upload the video on here I have so people can understand over my terrible explanation? Long story short every spin was a black screen. They took my bet every spins and to not get 1 win. I would encourage people to stay away and if anyone knows how I can dispute this outside of Mr Vegas?

- Complete and utter waste of time money and effort. Took 1week for my welcome bonus to be added after days of chat bots refusing to let you talk to human finally got to chat and told raise my case by email. 7days later emailed me to say added my 150 spins and £10 bonus money won £10 on my spins spent that. But your match deposit bonus is locked until uv spent £100 real money and then they add 10% off your bonus money for every £100 you wager. What a joke so when you have spent £1000 they will of given u £10 bonus money. What a con!!!!!

- Something seems off about this one. On sign up the games play completely different. Not massive wins but its not dead spin after dead spin and bonus rounds are easier to obtain. Lots of tickets for the wheel of vegas as well. Fast forward few weeks bonuses are super rare I usually expect a decent bonus when a game hold out for a few hundred spins.... 2000 spins!!! Less than £5 return on a bonus. Games just swallowing money at this point. Bonuses are pathetic. Tickets for the wheel have disappeared chat agent claims they are random. I had about 10 tickets In the first week of signing up. This week over £1000 spent not a single ticket for the Vegas wheel. However i did get one after complaining to the chat agent the very next hour of play hmmmmm! Slots refresh so your progress is restarted. I rarely leave reviews. Nor do expect to win millions gambling but the feel of play is very strange. My RTP is less than 60% playing the same game for weeks. If you wanna sign up great. Take what you can in the first week. Then close the account and run a mile! I have been prompted several times to leave a review in the first 2 weeks I always hold off for at least 4-6 to get a better feel of the site. Glad I did. The first 1 weeks would have left a great review but since the shift has been blatant!
