After over a week I did get my money of 300£ ( had to email and message them 10 times ) But the worst thing about this all is that they tried to take 300£ off my account first before paying the 300£ after few seconds later .I think if they would manage to take the 300 £ they would pay me straight back and then they would lie that I did get paid from them ! 😆 basically would send me my money back if that makes sense .Awful and very dodgy site and dont read the good reviews from people who never left a review before only on this site they are fake workers who work for the MR Punter . Youve been warned !!!!

- ⭐️ 1 star – All talk no action(if there were an option for no stars I choose no stars) Mr Punter advertises 3-day withdrawals. In reality it’s well over a week. When you question this they suddenly claim the delay is “standard”.What you do get quickly are emails saying they “understand your frustration” and that they “really want to get the funds to you”. Every reply comes from a different person and nobody ever takes ownership of your case.Customer service is almost entirely copy-and-paste responses. You’re passed from agent to agent repeatedly told your issue is a “priority” yet nothing actually happens. When you ask to formally escalate to complaints your request is ignored and never logged.For clarity: I withdrew £300 last Friday and only received confirmation that it had been processed the following Saturday well beyond the timeframe they advertise. This clearly shows the information they give customers is not true as I previously won on Christmas Eve and was paid out on Christmas Day proving they can process withdrawals quickly when they choose to.Completely unreliable operation. Trust gone. I will never deposit with Mr Punter again.

- I Really wish I had read the reviews prior to playing on this site. Deposited £250 I have requested a withdrawal of £400. There 3 business days time frame has passed and still under review. Been chasing and chasing just keep saying there is a backlog it will defintely be processed they have escalated this they will personally keep an eye on it etc. Basically they have no accountability and there is nothing you can do except sit and wait for god knows how long. No timescales or anything. I am bombarding them with messages and emails to try and get my winnings but I am not hopeful. Honestly please dont waste your money! Its a total joke
