• I emailed MyStake on 08/08/25 asking to self-exclude following their own process. They never acted on my request and I was still able to deposit and lose money after that.I’ve tried to contact them through live chat multiple times about this serious issue but no one responds or takes responsibility. It’s unacceptable for a betting company to ignore responsible gambling requests and then go silent when you try to get help.This has caused me serious stress and financial harm. Their customer service and responsible gambling standards are extremely poor — I’d strongly advise others to stay away.

Mystake withdraw process.

• I was worried about using this site to begin with as it isn’t a UK site and I have been scammed off others before but I gave it a go - I was quite happy with the site games are good & easy to navigate. The only issue for me is they are now asking for further kyc checks to withdraw a larger amount but I have already withdrawn a lower amount through Sepa in the past with no issues. I will update my review to 5 stars upon receiving my winnings. Update - I got my winnings the day after the kyc check good service.
