Misleading advertisement & Delaying refund

• (My NetBet username: Pingpong76)They misled me to believe that sports betting is available on their platform. I opened an account sent my docs to verify it and then made a very small (first) deposit of €20. However after making my first deposit I noticed that I could not bet on any sports and kept getting the insufficient funds error message (depsite the fact that I had enough funds in my account to cover my bet).
