- Happened 2x so far; I have like $60 or so in my account so only bet 1.50 - $2. On some of the games namely Gold Blitz King Millions there is a MAX button attached to the button to play. If you click to fast or look away for a second you will hit the MAX button and then you have no money left to play! This seems really crooked to me like a trap to empty your account faster. MOVE THE BUTTON PLEASE

- From my experience please avoid using the online casino through this app. OLG is very rigged and feels like a scam you barely ever win. The winning rate is much lower compared to other online casinos. I highly recommend not using OLG unless you want to lose all your money. This is just a scam. There are many other online casinos out there with much higher winning rates than these scammers.

- They took my money by interact...but refused to return it. They made me jump thru hoops to get my money back. OLG and its employees are theives...they steal your time. The rep I spoke to tried to justify why I had to jump thru hoopps to get my money back...and when I asked why they took it so easy he offered no excuse---just tpo bad for me.

Terrible Withdrawl Times
- The withdrawl process on the app is archaic. It shouldn’t take 3-5+ business days to receive any winnings. Especially if they are $1000 or less. Other sites pay you out pretty well immediately or within the hour. What are they doing on their end that requires a manual review that takes this long??? Online help and chat doesn’t actually help with anything. Just automated robot responses stating their policy. I will not be playing on this anymore.

- Low odds of winning.. Random log outs from your account. Inaccurate chat support. They told me my IP was in Detroit but i was looking at it at the time saying its in T.O. Nice try guys wont be back again. They finally locked my account everytime I called and spoke with someone it was unlocked. they had 20$ of mine held captive when i called in the account was unlocked and withdrew the money. When I told the lady this on the phone she even sighed. Nice try low lifes. Shame on you and your dirty practices.

Slow Outdated Withdrawal Process and Unnecessary Verification Delays
- I deposited funds into OLG.ca instantly without any issues — they’re happy to take your money in seconds. But when it came time to cash out my $72 in winnings my bank account was suddenly “under review” and I was forced to re-verify my identity and banking details even though I had already been verified with a former account.This unnecessary re-verification feels like a deliberate delay tactic. While I was stuck waiting I ended up continuing to play and quickly lost the winnings I had tried to withdraw. Other platforms now offer instant withdrawals and modern payout options like Interac e-Transfer yet OLG.ca only allows outdated bank transfers which are slow and inconvenient.On top of that the minimum deposit of $15 is higher than many competitors making the experience even less player-friendly.If OLG.ca wants to remain competitive they need to update their payout methods and stop forcing players through redundant verification hoops. - The Ontario tax payers own OLG but were treated like suckers on the online casino. If you want to see a blatant example of rigging play anytime during the weekday and youll lose worse than any brick and mortar casino. Then try after 1:30AM and suddenly the games seem more reasonable. The online help will tell you its random but so is pulling an ace from a deck of cards we assume there are 4 aces but if the casino removes 3 aces our odds just went to hell and we dont know were spinning dead.

- Never had so much trouble getting my $500 prize that I won using the OLG appIve contacted them online through the live chat the agent said I just needed a void cheque to get my $ I was emailed a few days later that I did not have the proper documents. Is the OLG a scam now?
- Really starting to think the OLG is a scam I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on scratch tickets and lottery tickets and can’t even win a free ticket anymore no one has that much bad luck that they can’t find even one $3 winning scratcher after spending like $400 on them! I used to win occasionally $3 here $50 there on scratch tickets and on the lottery tickets I used to win free tickets or some money here and there but now it’s like there’s no winners being made anymore and the lottery it feels like they’re taking all the tickets that have been bought and then picking numbers that have not been combined in a ticket so nobody can win. I’m done with the OLG they’ve takin enough of my hard working money!!!
