Partial payments made but remaining withdrawals delayed for 12+ days
- I submitted withdrawal requests starting February 6.Initially my withdrawals were rejected with the reason: βWebMoney restrictionsβ.I contacted WebMoney support directly and they confirmed my account was fully operational.After I requested alternative withdrawal methods the platform processed: β’ 300 USD via WebMoney β’ 300 USD via crypto β’ 300 USD via cryptoTotal paid: 900 USD.However three remaining withdrawals (500 USD 600 USD 190 USD) have now been pending for over 12 days.On February 11 support stated that my casino rounds were under provider review.No provider name has been given.No completion timeline has been provided.My follow-up email (after 48-hour notice) has not been answered.My account is verified. All bets were placed manually.I am requesting the completion of the remaining withdrawals.ββββββββββββββββββββββUpdate β 21 February 2026Three withdrawals ($500 $600 $190) have now been pending for over 15 days.Initially they blamed WebMoney. WebMoney confirmed my account is fully operational.Then they claimed the casino provider needs to review my baccarat rounds.No KYC requested. No bonus used. Account active.This appears to be selective payment when a player wins.I will continue updating this review until my remaining withdrawals are paid.ββββββββββββββββββββββ22/2/2026.Day 16: Still no response. Casino Guru complaint is now active.ββββββββββββββββββββββPlanetOfBets has requested KYC verification. I have informed them that my passport renewal is in progress and I will provide the required documents as soon as possible. - Complete crooks. I deposited one ruble to try them out. I made two bets and won them. I currently have 2 rubles in my account and a little more. I will withdraw them because the amount exceeds the maximum withdrawal limit. I repeat exceeds the maximum withdrawal limit. Complete idiots. I wish they could pay for their funeral with my 1 ruble.

dont pay winnings!
- i did my FIRST account at planetofbets.com in total i deposited about 600$ and won 1000$ so NET balance is 400$. i sent my docs for verification at their mail and filnaly i received answer that they blocked my account for multiple registrations. But as i mentioned i did my first account using my documents !

- I bet a game on their website I won twice and lost twice. After my second winning wanted to withdraw to my account back. I was ask to verify my account. I sent all my necessary documents via their email. After the next 7 days I receive a notification that my account has been blocked permanently I never did anything wrong ask them why but no response from them all they keep telling me that my account has been permanently blocked and they refused to send me back my $214 in my account. I did my research and I found out that is how they swindle their customer of their hard earned money and blocked their accounts. Return me back my money.
