• I requested a payout . I wanted to payout via bitcoin but it was under maintenance. So I tried bankwire. My bank returned it as I was unable to receive bankwire. It had cleared the audit phase . So it went back on my account . I waited until bitcoin was up and they even emailed me and said I could now withdraw through bitcoin I did so. And it has been 2 weeks and they have yet to deposit it. It’s one excuse after another. They multiple times have told me it is set to deposit in 24 hrs or it’s delayed it’s set to go out in the next batch of payouts. Or they have escalated it tk finance. Still nothing. I have emailed I’ve called and I get the same response . It’s 500 dollars and I’m sure they bring in billions. This is a complete violation on there part.

• I won over $200 when I played on free spins. I played through the required play through amount. When I tired to cash out they told me I had multiple accounts so they permanently locked my account. The supposed two first accounts just have my name dob and phone number. They don’t even verify your number when you sign up and the first two accounts do not have a picture ID or selfie so literally anyone could have made those accounts using my information that could easily be found on Facebook! When signing up I was not even notified my information was already in use and I even talked to CS immediately after making the account and no mention of there being duplicates.Its not even the same IP address that made the accounts!
