- It’s been 4 different days I’ve played for approx 10 mins. and a message pops up saying I have reached my daily limit etc. I went online to sort it out and you get a generic message and none of it is going to fix the issue. I wait for an agent greets me so I explain it and they can’t do a thing for you. Painfully poor customer service
- Painfully poor customer service. First you have to get past the artificial ai responses that don’t acknowledge there is any problem but offer some COURTESY games for your inconvenience. The initial way they got me in was to offer ten plays of Loaded 7s which failed to work. The wager per play was showing as 6 cents and it kept saying try later. Six hours later got through to a supposed live person who credited my account with the value: sixty cents!!!! What a ripoff!!!

- I tried to purchase 30$ lotto max. Transaction did not go through but got a email saying they charge my credit card 30$ and its going into my play alberta account. I tried buying ticket again and it said it didn’t go through so i tried again and it went through. I check my credit card and it charged me twice even though it said transaction did not work. I complained and its been 4 days with no reply. I will never use this site again. I wouldn’t doubt they will take my money if i won something big. Dont use this site. Zero customer service.

- I am a Blackjack player. Created an account and played during Covid. Had a bad experience so never re-deposited cash. Went back again December 2025 and had the exact same bad experience; that is a completely unnatural flow of the cards. You will be permitted to win a bit and your cash balance will rise after which the computer decides youve played long enough and you will lose lose lose lose with the dealer winning 85% of the hands. A completely unnatural and not even subtle flow of the cards. Find a more realistic site.

- I m an alberta resident and thought ok cant be possibly any worse than Jackpot city that I was playing and lets just say covid got started and chased mylosses to the tune of almost 200grand . - Purchased $100 Oilers 50/50 what’s supposed to receive $25 Bet bonus and $25 Casino bonus took 9 business days to recite the bonus codes and they didn’t work was told play alberta was aware of the issue and it would be resolved shortly. Code’s never did work after they expired I filled out the contract form on play alberta relaying my experience with dates. It’s been a week and no response. What ripoff.
