- i deposit and i find out they doesnt have betting on their site. ( my fault ) i try to withdraw and they says they want me to verify my with id of name and then my adress from a bill 3 month old? i try to explain i doesnt get bills with post sent and its hard for me to show anything with my adress on except for ids or that my adress is visible on my bank account. One crazy night gambling
- Well one Saturday night at one o’clock in the morning I was playing slots in my bed I put the last of my play money I had aside into playamo 200 dollars. I started playing some games I hadn’t played before. I won a couple hundred dollars after playing for about an hour I decided to up the bet to 12 dollars a spin. I withdrew parts of the amount over the next 2 weeks which was annoying having to wait and slowly take the money out but I believe that issue has been fixed now. - Terrible Experience – Winnings Confiscated I deposited €430 from my own bank account (no bonuses) and won €4000. When I tried to withdraw PlayAmo suddenly closed my account and confiscated my winnings.At first they claimed it was because of “restricted countries” but Germany is not restricted in their Terms and Conditions. Later they told Casino Guru it was because of a “wrong name” on my account.The funny thing is the incorrect name wasn’t intentional — it was a registration mistake I didn’t notice at the time. I even contacted live chat and they told me it could be corrected. Despite this they still closed my account and refused to pay.My deposit came from my real bank account under my correct name proving I was not trying to cheat. PlayAmo’s inconsistent and unfair treatment shows just look for excuses to avoid paying winners.
