Blatant disregard and theft

• I had opened an account a while back and made a first deposit. Everything went well until I made my second deposit last week. I got one spin in before they locked me out of my account. I have written a number of emails asking why I was locked out but they wont even tell me that much. Originally they said to allow for 24 to a maximum of 48 hours while they run a few checks on my account. Well that was 7 days ago and I am no closer to accessing my account or finding out why they have done this. Their support staff are incompetent and petty. I am now certain that they are just stringing me along to what end? Your guess is as good as mine. I am done dealing with them directly as it has not done any good so far. I will be contacting the licensing board and as many dispute resolution resources as are available to me and writing my tale on as many review forums as I can find. • I wish I could give this website 0 star. Did their welcome offer and won £286. I withdrew or TRIED to at least. After a couple of days they told me I breached a clause of their T&Cs (the one that says 1 account only per household however I live by myself and no one else is using my wifi or my card/phone umber/email address etc) and that my winnings will be confiscated.
