- Saw an ad on TV 500 free bingo for Ā£10 stake.Created account tried PayPal which I havenāt used for years no surprised did not work. So use the bank app not happy with us method but deposited Ā£50.Bought Ā£9.99 worth of tickets in promotion then OOps! Something has gone wrong contact support team. Support team say management banned me from promotion! Then why take my money up to Ā£9.99? Itās just not fair and OJO support just keep blaming management in the meantime I canāt play any bingo games and canāt get my money back!

A broken site with a broken customer support system.
- Chose to participate in a Bingo promotion on the 26thĀ of October. I paid in the Ā£10 and did the required spend on bingo games for the reward of 500 free tickets which I never received. Following this I made contact with the support chat and was informed rewards can take 24 hours to arrive. I waited the time told but still received nothing. A second attempt to use the support chat resulted in being informed that I had supposedly not opted in to the promotion and that to do so I had to click the opt in button on the promotions page. I pointed out that such a button doesnt exist for that on the page nor has it ever in any previous promotion I have participated in (complete with uploaded a screenshot of the page to illustrate my point). Following that I was told that the case had been forwarded to a dedicated department and I would receive an email about it. Over a week later I still had heard nothing. My next attempt to go through the chat system (having to proceed through the same AI prompts every time because there is no simple way to talk directly to a human) I was then told that I had in fact gained and used the reward (patently false as my account activity showed). Getting to talk to a human is laughable with a short wait of 3+ hours in each instance. The AI chatbot will also simply close your window if you take too long to reply for inactivity (when in fact I was doing as requested and providing as much information as possible) leading to having to start over again and opting to put that reply into a separate text program so that I could just copy+paste it. After finally completing yet another elongated process of getting to a human I was told the case was passed along to a relevant department yet again and that there was no way to estimate the time for a response.At this point Ive been given multiple conflicting answers of which none actually address the situation accurately and have still yet to be contacted by the supposedly dedicated department.

Very shady site. Needs a poke
- Going to be completely honest as I gamble a lot. I joined here about 4 weeks ago and my first play I walked away with 1150. However since then Im back in for just under 3000. Since I withdraw my funds I cant get a win over 10 pounds I cant get bonus unless I put like 600 in first then it pays 30 to 40 pounds. I hate that every time you deposit it resets your game thats really shady. I will be releasing my game play on YouTube at the end of November as Im a streamer. They tell you its random guys how ever you can not predict random combations of numbers. Its not possible. It seems to me they just enjoy taking. I would not recommend to sit and play here. As a new customer go for it but dont return after you withdraw.

- I have constant issues with deposits and the refund of them if the answer wasnt correct of if the balance in my bank was exact it still tries to deposit it and then takes 1-2 business days to be refunded but never see the return. Also I win very rarely .

- Really unhappy with this site at the moment. Had issues last month with bonus round winnings not being credited to my balance - had a whole load of issues to get this payout took almost two weeks and barely even an apology for the inconvenience. Again Thursday same issues happened I reported it immediately and emailed support have not even had an email response and chat just say itās with the department being checked. Evolution live support within the game are able to tell me straight away my bets were placed correctly etc and the amount I won so how does it take so long for OJO to confirm this with the game provider without ever even giving any updates to the customer? Iāve provided screenshots as proof of all this to help my case but probably take another 2 weeks to resolve and get my money back. Absolutely fuming and probably will not play here again if this is what happens. Customer service is abysmal never any issue to take your money but always slow to resolve any issues you have.
