• Complete scam!! Was playing a game and free spins hit & it went over 500× and was still climbing. Game kicked me out & when I went back in they had restarted. Instead of playing in case new results were given I contacted customer support. After waiting 5 days they contacted me saying no inconsistencies. Thats it no explanation. • Any attempt to withdraw doesnt happen. Max amount per day is tiny even if I got anything back which I obviously didnt. Nearly 2500€ I thought I would get nothing. Cant set limits myself at all. Live chat is unable to close my account and sending email does nothing after contacting live chat again they might reply but they just ask me to double confirm I want to self exclude I reply to confirm but they dont react to the second message at all. This site is absolute garbage. You wont get winnings or service. Responsible gambling is a term this site has never heard of. Keep getting marketing emails.

• At first tried to deposit using Visa card but they had removed the option ! My friend referred my using the visa deposit only 1 week ago! You can do one per day max 500 or 800 basing on level they assign you.After a charge they move me to expert and I start withdrawal 800 a day and all is fine. Today I discover (when I have other money to finish to take) that they moved me back to beginner so with 500 daily limit .
