Awful food & very rude staff
- Went for a few hours expecting good things but genuinely it was horrendous firstly the staff are so rude there! It’s absolutely laughable that you have to be a member to even buy a drink anyone without a smart phone don’t even bother.. my friend couldn’t order food off my membership as he had to make one himself? When a friend joked to the staff member whether or not she was on commision we were told ‘ if you don’t like it leave’ . The food was over priced and wasn’t enjoyable at all.. the staff and food ruined what would’ve been a pleasurable experience.

Day ruined by alarm and poor organisation
- Family travelled from different areas of the north west to spend the day celebrating my dads (grandad) recent operation which means he can get out and about a bit more at Riley’s in Chester. Dad’s disabled and has hearing aides. After an hour the fire alarm sounded constantly for about 45 minutes. Dad really struggled and had to go outside take his hearing aides out and it’s pretty much ruined the day. The team at Riley’s did all they could to try and help but it was out of their control really. The alarm continued and continued and finally went off. It’s a real shame it ruined our big day. As I say - staff were great but this should not have been such a big problem to fix.

- I am the captain of 1 pool team which have now changed venues to Riley’s Cardiff the manager and staff are very helpful polite and obliging the table are excellent and kept in good order. Which is what you need to play 1st division pool. There are now 3 1st division teams playing from there which goes to show how good this venue is. I would recommend any team to play from Riley’s Cardiff.

Don’t bother
- Absolutely ridiculous experience. A poor man’s flight club. There’s no going to the bar & just ordering. You have to stand there and faff for a good 10 minutes and every single member has to sign or you don’t get any drinks food etc. rubbish experience & a rubbish place.
