• Horrible experienceI would not recommend anyone else to deposit to this casino who wants fairplay.Ritzslots sent me offers on my email which i accepted in good faith but it turned out to be just a way to collect deposits.I won 3833$ which they did not pay out.So i made a complaint against them on a third party platform.They was asked for an explanation to why they did not pay out any winnings to which they refused to answer and the case against them resulted as unresolved.There are plenty other online casino to choose from so my advice is to actually deposit to a casino that pay out as well if you win.

• This is probably one of the only casinos where using their bonuses doesnt mean your winning percentage is lowered to 0. Ive won here now several times all using their bonuses. They can sometimes take a bit longer to process the payout but if you follow the rules you should have no problems withdrawing. I just submitted a withdrawal just waiting for approval.
