- Everything is ok until you have to withdraw the money then the headache is starting a for me was taking 1 week to sort out the documents what they needed. The don’t want to accept the screenshot from documents and when I uploaded first time they declined all of them. I tried to sorted out on casino chat but no chance. So I start mailing them and Leticia was the one helping me a lot. Thanks Leticia for her help deserved 5 stars but I never told to someone to use this online casino.
