This casino is the worst for…withdrawal
- This casino is the worst for withdrawals. I won 10 grand and am trying to withdraw. They now say I can’t use the bank that I was previously using at the beginning of the year. Bank of America is the bank they wanted me to use. Now I need to find another bank and open an account with no guarantee it will work. They also said I could use cash app. However now say they don’t have much luck with them. So many excuses with no urgency to help me receive my winnings. Side note-They have no problem taking all forms of deposit no problem whatsoever.

- I wish I could give 0 stars! They owe me 12k of over 20k that I won over a 2 week period starting in July 2025. They are dragging their feet on paying my withdrawals. When I contact customer service they just give me these copy/pasted responses and never answer my actual question. I have lost a lot of money with them and I just want what Im owed

- What I liked is I got payed. Took 7 months of me asking and telling them I will not give up tell they pay me. I won $14000. Did not get all one time. I got 2500 every 10-12 days tell they payed me out. Fix the redemption time. I give a 3 because they did give me 14k. All else was great besides the redemption time.

- This was a legit casino when I started playing a couple years ago. For a while now they rope you in with a promo telling you you won free spins or chips but when you try to claim it loops you in circles. I screen shotted my email notification so I could attach when customer service acts like they have no idea what you could possibly be talking about and he told me to do what I had tried 50 times already. The last 2 were only good for 24 hrs and expired at midnight which is only 9pm by me apparently. Most my attemps to contact were useless I waited so long I had to move on. This deceit wastes to much of my time and aggrevates me. Not to mention the last win I tried to cash out they claim they needed to verify my account. I cashed out many times in the past and nothing has changed with my info. But I played right into their hands and spent my winnings. I will not be handing them my money again!

- I will say this they make you wait a stupid amount of time and I posted complaint after complaint but if you wait the month it takes and if you accept no offers that they send you while you wait for your payment because they want you to accept one so they can take your win away from you. - I got 100 free spins. I went through a $4000+ playthrough & won $900+. The amount dropped to $616. And again dropped to $102. After hours of back & forth I couldnt get a dime. After emailing my ID & card to an email account they said my card didnt match the card on file (I had recently got a new card) so I would need a letter from my bank saying the card was canceled.
