Never-Ending Withdrawal Delays and Unresponsive Support

• I had a terrible experience with Silver Oak Casino. After winning a decent amount my withdrawal got stuck in limbo for weeks with constant excuses about verification and payment methods.Customer support was slow and often unhelpful giving generic replies without solving anything. • Even though I already already had a successful minimum withdraw I had to re- verify because my id was expiring 2 MONTHS later. Though not expired yet I still went and renewed my id early to cash out on another minimum $50 capped by coupon rules. My id verified through their system mitek successfully but was told to email my documents for manual review. Then they decided I didn’t complete the play through from the coupon even though I most certainly did and have screen shots of the progress. Plus their system doesn’t even allow you to withdraw unless play through completed. So I went and completed the play through AGAIN with screenshots since their system showed I already did I kept track manually. I alerted the live chat who said now my capped withdraw is 60 rather then $50 and to put it in for total amount since my balance was more and they’ll adjust. • This casino is the worst for withdrawals. I won 10 grand and am trying to withdraw. They now say I can’t use the bank that I was previously using at the beginning of the year. Bank of America is the bank they wanted me to use. Now I need to find another bank and open an account with no guarantee it will work. They also said I could use cash app. However now say they don’t have much luck with them. So many excuses with no urgency to help me receive my winnings. • What I liked is I got payed. Took 7 months of me asking and telling them I will not give up tell they pay me. I won $14000. Did not get all one time. I got 2500 every 10-12 days tell they payed me out. Fix the redemption time. I give a 3 because they did give me 14k. All else was great besides the redemption time.
