As a new sign up Im happy.
- As a new sign up I thought I was in for a scam ride after I won money and tried to make a withdrawal of $700. My withdrawal was rejected but I didnt get an email notification about it. Red flag. Upon further investigation I was told my address was incorrect and I needed to go through the verification process. This happened relatively quickly taking approx 24 hours after I sent in all of my relevant documents. They also changed my address to the correct one and I recieved an email declaring I was verified at which point I withdrew $2100. After an anxious 48 hour wait I see the money is in my bank account! Happy happy happy. No complaints.

- Have withdraw pending for week now verification is still pending everytime I contact there live chat I need to send through this and that to verify my account I have sent through everything they have asked even some real personal information yet still my verification is still pending.....this is just absolutely terrible customer service and not good enough there live chat is useless tried emailing the Support but email just keeps bouncing back to me.Worst online casino ever and there verification is out the gate!!!!Avoid at all cost.

- Emailed here over and over again in order to close my account as I am experiencing gambling problems. No response. Went onto chat to be told that account closure can only be dealt with by email. So I told them that my emails are not being replied to. They said its a queuing system and to wait for a response. Well Im still waiting over 3 weeks. Its a joke. They just ignore you. Not good for people with problem gambling issues. They dont want to help. No responsible gambling measures in place either.

Their games never win you go 20 to 30 spins at times without a single return and when you ask for self exclusion they ignore your requests for multiple days. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company at all costs. They dont care about your well being and when you attempt to chat them for help they tell you to email and wait and then block you from accessing chat. Completely negligent and appalling service.
