- If you start winning they will drop your player class and cancel any withdraw requests you have and make you redo the requests. Once you redo them it takes at least a month to get your money and you have to remind them after the first 2 weeks. They dont want to pay you so they make you jump their hoops. I think they do this to also get you to play on one of their sister websites that pays out within an hour. The only problem with those websites is its impossible to win. They 100% control when you win or lose and if you win its almost impossible to get your money.

- They are a scam. You cannot cash out anything. When you want to withdraw they ask for passport photo to be sent to an email address. After submission they give you a case number but they keep making excuses of the quality of the picture and asking for resubmission. I hit the jackpot and they reduced it to 10 times of my deposit. The bonus said Max 10x cash out but doesn’t tell if someone hit the jackpot they are going to adjust the balance right away. You cannot win on this website if you win you cannot cash out if you cash out the process is gonna take forever….

- 2nd GO around! This time around I was very hopeful that this would be a smooth transaction because I recieved a confirmation saying my withdrawal was excepted on would be processed with within 3 to 5 business days. That is not the case today. Now I’m told they are going to take $150 out of my 350 for whatever reason. It doesn’t matter to me but the fact that I’m getting different messages from different people are disturbing. I also have a 3rd withdrawal for $500 and it’s not looking promising. - I spent two days with Customer Service asking about my withdrawals. I have provided more than enough information than they asked for. I chose their bank options which aligned with mine. Provided every number possible and the response is the same. Oh that bank isn’t valid. Well yes it is it’s on your list and I triple confirmed with my bank that they accept the wire transfers. They also tried the line of mixed spins bonuses etc. I proved that theory wrong too. Next they tell me to open another bank account or do bitcoin or coin draw. They’re not transparent they will change their narrative so you will not get your money. Valuable lesson learned. Thank goodness I didn’t invest much. However my winnings still pending is only a mere $1500.

- Its been 3 months and I am still getting the Run around I originally won 16K now I am down to 12K.
